Go Cubs Go*
*With apologies to the diehard White Sox fans on our team!

When ten typically remote Orso team members came together from across the country earlier this summer in Chicago, we anticipated a day of collaboration and a rousing Cubs game. What we did not expect was laughter-induced spit takes, nicknames for one another based on our worst coffee-order misnomers (Richard?! Printa?!), or to discover that the only way to make hot honey pizza even better is by adding extra hot honey. But we did all those things and more.
In short, Orso’s in-person gathering was a blast.

Remote work is in our company’s DNA. That remote-first mindset allows us to gather the best talent—from anywhere—to support our clients. Given the quality of our output, we will die on that hill.
But we’ll also come down the hill from time to time and admit that in-person time is invaluable. In between sharing our best celebrity-sighting stories we reviewed website copy, discussed specific client strategies, and came away with a better appreciation for one another’s unique skillsets and personal lives.
That’s a win for our clients and a win for our company, but it’s also just a win for us as humans.

And this awesome group of humans is ready to help you with everything from marketing strategy and website design, to public relations and social media management. (You might also benefit from some of the hidden skills we learned more about during our gathering, like manta ray whispering, ear wiggling, or competitive ski racing.)
